At the Coca-Cola Company, we are a center of excellence who work collaboratively to find new and innovative ways to strategically move the business forward by leading, developing, and executing digital strategy throughout our customer and Bottler relationships. We’re looking for candidates with a proven ability to implement initiatives, develop marketing strategy and analysis via insights and market data in the eCommerce space to make a global impact for some of the most recognized brands in the world.

Focus, Scope & Impact

  • Lead the development of fully integrated Commercial strategies and programs that are designed in a customer-back and consumer-centric way with a focus on Coke TM, in partnership with system cross functional stakeholders including category, channel and RGM, local market and Bottler counterparts.
  • Utilise all relevant consumer, shopper, channel, and customer insights to feed the development of the commercial and marketing strategic plans to create impact in the market.
  • Optimize our system execution across channels in close collaboration with Channel Strategy, RGM, Franchise Operations, Frontline Commercial and Marketing teams and our Bottlers, based on superior understanding of execution levers, identifying execution opportunity areas and how to achieve desired outcomes (e.g. availability, number and type of adjacencies, rate of sale, equipment placement).
  • Responsible for delivering strong marketing programs that are customer-relevant and will accelerate incidence and revenue growth by driving purchase intent. In partnership with Channel Strategy, Category, IMX, RGM and local markets, develop E2E activation plans for the brands and deliver compelling ‘customer selling stories’ that will help sales teams successfully sell these initiatives to customers.
  • Define key execution and performance metrics, with a focus on initiatives tracking and expansion to achieve scale and to understand optimization potential for our PicOS per channel – taking data and insight to amplify execution at a local market level by leveraging metrics to drive Commercial and Customer Planning at scale, initiating the right interventions, while ensuring metrics-driven communication in all key system routines
  • Scope: This role is part of the Customer & Commercial Leadership team in Europe OU, with a networking approach to cross functional partnership. Primary focus is on Coke TM category, as well as key commercial initiatives.
